Rainy River Welcomes New Volleyball and Softball Coach

The Rainy River Campus of Minnesota North College is excited to announce the hiring of Shelby Nosan!  Shelby will be joining our athletics department and coaching both Women’s Volleyball and Softball!  Shelby comes to Rainy River with extensive experience, having both played at Lake of the Woods High School as well as played and coached at Gustavus Adolphus College.  Most recently, Shelby coached at Indus High School, Falls High School and was an assistant coach at Rainy River Community College.

Shelby is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. Shelby states that, “I have been coaching at a variety of levels and locations for over ten years now. Coaching has always been a passion of mine and I am excited for this opportunity.”
